1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched same days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or public holidays in Pakistan will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship to all locations across Pakistan. Whether you’re in a major city or a remote town, we’ve got you covered.

3. Shipping Partners & Delivery Timelines

To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with reputable courier services in Pakistan, such as TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax and BCS Courier.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Please Note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer a standard, flat-rate shipping charge of PKR 160 on all orders across Pakistan.
  • FREE SHIPPING! Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders with a total value of PKR 3,000 or more. The free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your parcel on the respective courier’s website.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including House Number, Street, Area, and a valid Mobile Number).
  • MissTouch.pk is not responsible for delivery delays or package loss resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay the shipping charges again for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging our products. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving it. Kindly provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Lost Items: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will launch an investigation with our courier partner to locate your parcel.
